The ground rules for using resistanceindoor.org.

These terms govern your use of resistanceindoor.org. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by Resistance Indoor Percussion, Inc., an Oklahoma 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Tulsa, Oklahoma (EIN 45-4278013).

Using the site

You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it -- no attempts to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.

Submissions

When you send us a contact message or apply to audition or work with us, you agree the information you provide is accurate and lawful, and that we may use it to respond and to run our programs as described in our Privacy Policy. Auditions and applications are handled through our member portal under any additional terms presented there.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and, to the extent permitted by law, are tax-deductible; Resistance Indoor Percussion, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization, EIN 45-4278013. Questions about a donation can be sent to admin@resistanceindoor.org.

Merchandise

Merchandise is sold through our separate online store at shop.resistanceindoor.org, which has its own terms, shipping, and refund policies. Those terms govern any purchase.

Intellectual property

The Resistance Indoor name, logo, show designs, photography, and site content are owned by Resistance Indoor Percussion, Inc. or used with permission, and may not be reused without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services -- for example, our store, member portal, and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resistance Indoor Percussion, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
