Foster Maddox

Bass Technician

Foster Maddox is a Tulsa native with over nine years of experience in the marching arts. He currently serves as a battery technician at Union High School and a bass technician for Zephyrus Drum & Bugle Corps. In addition to his current roles, Foster has written and choreographed for multiple high school percussion programs throughout Oklahoma, bringing a wide range of instructional and design experience to the ensembles he works with.

Foster began his marching career with the Jenks Trojan Pride in 2016 and has been actively involved in the indoor percussion scene since 2020. He performed with Resistance Indoor Percussion from 2020 to 2024, and aged out with Infinity Percussion in 2025. In the DCI circuit, he marched with the Crossmen in 2022 and 2023, and later performed with the Crossmen Alumni Corps during their 50th anniversary exhibition at the 2024 DCI Finals.

Outside of teaching and performing, Foster works as a bartender in downtown Tulsa. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through fitness and rock climbing.
