Aaron is a Civil Engineer in Northwest Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Starting his WGI Independent career at Resistance Indoor (2017, 2018, 2020), Aaron also marched a season with Freedom Percussion in 2019. In his continued effort to broaden his performance experience, Long spent a summer performing in the 2019 season of DCI with Music City Drum and Bugle Corps. 

Aaron is an active marching percussion educator, recently a Quad Technician for The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps in 2023, he currently teaches at Bentonville HS. He has previously taught at the University of Arkansas, Bentonville West HS, Fort Osage HS, and Siloam Springs HS. This will be Aaron’s fifth year on staff at Resistance.
